Really the Muslim World should now take this issue seriously. The first step can be taken in this regard is to create awareness among the people (rural) and show them the importance of education. Beside this the Government should open more universities of World class level because most of our universities do not meet the world standard; more scholarship programs should be initiated which will ultimately keep the highly qualified professionals with in the country to educate our coming generations.
